TIPS TO HELP YOU READY THE HOME FOR SPRING:

· Outside inspection. Check your entire house for any damage to the roof and exterior walls.

· Gutter cleaning. Make sure gutters are clean.

· Window maintenance. Clean and install screen windows and doors. Also, lubricate window channels for easier opening and closing.

· HVAC maintenance: Have your unit inspected and clean all the vents to ensure proper operation.

· Clean your clothes dryer: Empty the exhaust duct, damper, and space under the dryer.

· Check your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors: At least once a year change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
