As you can imagine we have inspected a variety of homes over the years - conventional, historical, homes under new construction and rehabilitation projects.
I have a degree in construction management and have built my last two homes, everything from the foundation, framing, mechanicals, roofing and siding. This education and background provides me with the knowledge to address any questions you may have, including structural concerns on your potential investment.
We will also cover any maintenance tips and care for your new home. Once we are done with your walkthrough, you will have all your questions answered.
